From our Texas Chapter - Ken Piper's Big Beautiful Blue Car... 1965 Pontiac 2+2. It was ordered special and shipped to Lima Peru new. I bought it there on the web last year. It has almost every option Pontiac offered in 1965. A/C, Power steering, power brakes, HO 421...this is a Royal Bobcat special motor...0-60 in 3.9 seconds....seems impossible...but it can, power windows....locks, trunk, doors, special lighting package, wood sport wheel AM/FM with reverb....and more. Cost more than a Cadillac new with all the options. Mark & DIane Stayton own this beautiful blue mean machine. This 1965 Chevelle has undergone many changes over the years. Currently it's sporting a 406 ci small block which delivers over 450 horses to the rear wheels (estimated at over 550 horse at the flywheel). Four way disc brakes have been added to help match the "whoa" power with the "go" power! Too many other mod's to list, but if you want more info, see Mark or Diane at the next Townsmen function. Below is Alcinda Wolff's 1969 Cougar XR-7 Convertible. This unique car sports a custom red & white paint job, custom white embroidered interior, 17" American Torque Thrust II's and a 351W 4bbl (original rebuilt) engine.
Below is Vicki Ausmus's beautiful black 1969 Camaro. |
